April showers brings metallic flower statue to south lawn

As students walk towards Taylor-Meade Performing Arts Center from Marsh a new piece of art adorns their path. The strange, metallic flower spins in the wind and seems more reminiscent of a science fiction than campus pathway. Curiously enough, no plaque, inscription or accreditation adorns the sculpture. The title-less enigma has befuddled many students.
