With the rate increase, the cost of using a Pacific car is 21 cents per mile with a minimum fee of $7. Minivans cost 26 cents per mile with the same $7 fee. The 12-passenger vans will run for 35 cents per mile with a $10 minimum charge and the 15 passenger vans cost 47 cents per mile and now have a $12 fee.
