Red and black will always be Pacific University. It will also always be Azusa Pacific University, Seattle Pacific University and Whitworth University. In addition, nationally recognized institutions like Cornell and Stanford rely on variations of the color red to be remembered.
Disciplinary action could soon await Pacific students who illegally share copyrighted material over the university's internet network; and most of the perpetrators don't even know they breaking the law. Last week, students were sent an e-mail outlining the university's policy towards illegal file sharing and the possible ramifications if one was caught violating the rules.

A question that rests on many students' minds is, "When is Clark Hall getting torn down?" Rumors of Clark's imminent demise have filtered through the campus for years. Ryan Aiello, director of residence life, states that Clark will be torn down and replaced by 2010.
Freshman golfer from Kamuela, Hawaii, Max Bonk, has earned an individual spot in the national tournament. Bonk's spring stroke average of 72.89 and 2007-2008 season average of 74.06 has secured his spot among the top Division III collegiate golfers in the nation.
